Register extension points and business events at deploy ​

What It Does ​

Applications declare their customization contracts and native event interests in code. Registration validates and replaces one supplied service’s entries atomically. Withdrawing a point leaves visible orphaned bindings rather than silently removing customer configuration.

The Flow ​

When Something Fails ​

Return invalid-registration details to deploy. The old registry remains available. Reject the whole declaration with problem locations. Validation failure saves no entries. Reject conflicts before registry mutation. Existing declarations remain intact. Rollback the registry transaction on error. The complete preceding registry remains, although the supplied service name still lacks caller authentication.

Open Design Questions ​

The supplied service name is not checked against the authenticated caller, leaving the recorded registration-ownership defect unresolved.
