Inspect calls and resolve operational problems
Purpose
Operators inspect call records and intervene when an operation can safely be retried, cancelled or resolved.
How It Works
An operator opens Activity or an execution detail to inspect what happened. Attempts, summaries and the selected provider choice support that investigation. Older detail can be recovered from the workspace’s archive. The original application remains responsible for supplying a request when retry is appropriate. Cancellation distinguishes work that never started from work already at the adapter. A person can record the result after checking an uncertain operation outside Rhythm. Staff operations support investigation across customers and circuit recovery. The product should make manual settlement accountable without presenting the Library as a source of new business requests.
