What the Screen Is For

Administrators manage the named contact forms used by staff. This screen opens existing designs and starts new ones.

What It Shows and Lets People Do

The list shows saved names. New designs can begin from default content, a blank document or a copy, and persistence occurs on save. Deletion is blocked while an assignment still uses the form.

States and Errors

Failed reads and deletion refusals remain visible. The deletion response identifies referring records; callers with only read access receive no mutation controls.

The built configuration list uses creation choices and a confirmation dialog for removal.
