Query delivery is pinned; report delivery uses the current presentation
Context
Editing a reusable question should not silently change a scheduled query delivery. Report rendering follows the currently stored presentation.
Decision
Query schedules execute their saved definition snapshot until explicitly refreshed, whereas report schedules render the report’s current definition.
Alternatives Considered
Automatically adopt every query edit: Recipients could receive changed content without the schedule owner choosing it.
Store a separate report rendering definition on the schedule: The implemented renderer opens the current report rather than a pinned presentation.
Consequences
Owners can compare query changes and choose to refresh the schedule. Deleting a report stops its schedules through the recorded deletion pause.
