Independent Queries planning examination
Scope and method
The examination uses the two pinned implementation revisions and the starting documentation revision recorded in frontmatter. It reads the authoring contract, artifact templates and approved entity examples, then checks the query module’s registered source paths and cited records. The requested planning brief is absent from the starting tree; the missing input remains a finding. No application code, deployment or shared data changes are made.
The starting module contains 61 artifacts and six shared actor rows. The final module contains 63 planning artifacts: eight features, six concepts, twenty capabilities, twenty acceptance sets, six journeys and three module-level documents. This report is an additional examination artifact. All six actor rows and every readable section, rule, facet, scenario, action, expected result and assertion receive an OpenAI wording pass. Concept bodies retain six sections and fall within the required length range.

Every ordinary file and symbol locator resolves at its pin. Test-title comparison also decodes literal Unicode escapes, which explains the initially apparent apostrophe mismatches. Twenty-six distinct record locators contain explanatory approval dates or decision numbers after a heading; those annotations are checked against the actual section and recorded decision rather than treated as literal heading text. The existing decorated locators remain unchanged. Compound finding references are normalized to explicit primary sources, listed below; related evidence remains available in the cited records and affected artifacts.
Coverage
Coverage means that a surface is assigned to an outcome or explicitly recorded as a finding. It does not mean that every assertion has executed successfully. The operation, table, permission and backend-suite maps in the charter identify the owning capability for each mapped item. The internal dated-evaluation entry point is covered separately because it is not an HTTP operation.

Artifact changes
Existing identifiers, field names, pins and supersession values are retained. Verification changes to intent, origins, provenance, sources, bindings and levels are enumerated here. No approval status is added. Most verification commits precede their individual rewrite commits; several evidence-driven qualifications are made while rewriting the example text, so the ledger explicitly includes them rather than claiming the wording pass was entirely mechanical. New artifacts are written by OpenAI from their first version. Each existing capability, concept, acceptance set, feature and journey has its own rewrite commit; later per-artifact commits finalize evidence wording and relationships.

CAP-PFM-QRY-009 | Verified existing citations and retained the factual contract; rewrote all prose, examples and readable row text. |
CAP-PFM-QRY-010 | Rules 01 and 05 now describe retained windows and renewed permission checks, with observed navigation-service evidence instead of a whole-list stability guarantee. |
CAP-PFM-QRY-011 | Rule 03 uses observed base-source filtering evidence. Rule 07 explicitly requires report-use access to copy. The text no longer equates catalog presence with full query readability. |
CAP-PFM-QRY-012 | Rule 08 uses observed catalog-filter evidence and includes the zero-source case. The whole-dashboard data-readability claim is removed. |
CAP-PFM-QRY-013 | Verified existing citations and retained the factual contract; rewrote all prose, examples and readable row text. |
CAP-PFM-QRY-014 | Verified existing citations and retained the factual contract; rewrote all prose, examples and readable row text. |

ATS-PFM-QRY-012 | Scenario 08 includes any-accessible-source and zero-source catalog cases as proposed proof. |
ATS-PFM-QRY-013 | Added the report-export API permission-refusal binding to scenario 01. Scenario 07 refers to the test’s configured page cap rather than claiming its small fixture proves the default limit. |
ATS-PFM-QRY-014 | Verified existing citations and retained the factual contract; rewrote all prose, examples and readable row text. |
ATS-PFM-QRY-015 | Verified existing citations and retained the factual contract; rewrote all prose, examples and readable row text. |
ATS-PFM-QRY-016 | Added scenario 12 with console-controller unit bindings. |
ATS-PFM-QRY-017 | Scenario 12 is proposed, browser level, unbound and sourced to the new search proof finding. The old API binding did not prove publication and subsequent lookup. |
ATS-PFM-QRY-018 | Verified existing citations and retained the factual contract; rewrote all prose, examples and readable row text. |
ATS-PFM-QRY-019 | Verified existing citations and retained the factual contract; rewrote all prose, examples and readable row text. |
ATS-PFM-QRY-020 | Added six scenarios: three existing direct service-test bindings and three proposed proofs for bounds, empty collections and read/log confinement. |
JNY-PFM-QRY-001 | Kept the existing browser bindings and rewrote the copy/share walkthrough without a general guarantee beyond the fixture assertions. Added explicit approved-plan intent sources and an origin. |
JNY-PFM-QRY-002 | Steps 01–02 are inferred with notes because the bound scheduling journey prepares its source by API. The direct export step proves heading order; deletion removes definitions rather than all historical output. |
JNY-PFM-QRY-003 | Steps 01–04 and the two proposed console failure responses are inferred with notes. The alternate and first assertion use observed bounded navigation; the bulk-action browser binding remains. |
JNY-PFM-QRY-004 | Overall intent is proposed because the complete dashboard flow has no established approval. Steps 03, 05 and 06 and all three assertions are inferred with notes. Their test exercises hourly table-report scheduling, not the complete weekly dashboard story. The schedule-detail surface replaces misleading immediate-run operation labels. |
JNY-PFM-QRY-005 | Step 04 is inferred. Step 05 and assertion 02 use observed status-filter evidence; unsupported badges and broad field-list claims are removed. Credential refusal does not claim a separately tested empty-screen result. |
JNY-PFM-QRY-006 | Added the recorded export decisions as intent sources and origin. All four proposed console steps are inferred with notes around backend responses. Step 01 covers versioned replacement rather than claiming its replacement test proves first creation. |
FINDINGS | Rewrote all 29 findings and both questions. Added findings 023–029; normalized the earlier compound source strings to explicit primary references. Added the starting documentation pin for local-scope evidence. |
ID_REGISTRY | Allocated every new identifier before use and regenerated the final rule, example and acceptance ranges. The acceptance series now ends at 020. |
ACTORS-PFM | Rewrote the six query-module actor rows. Added the current saved-query and report read keys to the ordinary staff description and distinguished export admission from unimplemented package download. |

The rule enforcement locations are checked against the scoped routes, services, table declarations and relevant console code. Database entries describe the enforcing parts of a compound rule; they do not claim that every clause is a database constraint. Documented-only limits and planned export protections keep their weaker evidence labels. Inferred journey steps carry a note explaining the gap between the available test and the proposed screen sequence.

The two product questions remain Andrew’s decisions: organization lookup authorization and the export powers of the read tier. The proposal language recommends a consistent policy without treating either recommendation as approval.
Validation
The final acceptance commands install dependencies, run corpus conformance and execute the corpus checker’s tests. One intermediate coverage commit contained missing rule kinds and unsupported scenario-level names; the following correction restores conformance, and the final state is checked again before the report commit. Application integration tests, live search-provider tests and reporting browser journeys are examined as source evidence but are not executed during this documentation job. No passing browser result is inferred from an existing binding.
| Command | Final result |
|---|---|
npm ci && npm run check | Pass; zero conformance errors |
npm test | Pass; 4 tests, 0 failures |
Verdict for Andrew
The examined layer is a faithful, sourced planning description of the module at the pinned revisions, with implementation limits and unconfirmed intent stated explicitly. Its weakest areas are the unbuilt workspace-package pipeline, incomplete browser proof and unresolved authorization decisions. Before design starts, resolve the two access-policy questions, confirm the later custom-table and reporting scope, and prioritize the fifteen proposed proofs and missing package stages.
