HQ customers list ​

What the Screen Is For ​

Search HQ customers and create a customer when authorized.

What It Shows and Lets People Do ​

Customer-reading authority controls the HQ list and creation authority controls the new-customer dialog. Search updates the paged customer read; load-more, empty and failed-read states belong to the list.

States and Errors ​

Creation uses the HQ path, whose standing-access reconciliation gap is recorded separately. The screen’s validation is not a substitute for that backend behavior.

The state rows describe observed loading, empty, refusal or inactive handling where present. Linked validation rules belong to the planning layer; client feedback and authoritative service checks have distinct responsibilities.
