What the Screen Is For ​

The queue retains active financial investigation and its conclusion for the unit.

What It Shows and Lets People Do ​

Selecting a concern opens its retained subjects, notes and acceptance details. Staff can move investigation status, set owner, append text, resolve with explanation, or request and independently approve acceptance.

States and Errors ​

Active work is editable according to grants; closed work blocks ordinary resolution and status changes. Add Note lacks a UI permission check, and overdue resolution errors are shown near the resolution field. Checklist editing and manual creation are unavailable.

Patterns It Must Respect ​

The Standard layout combines a selectable list and detail panel with shared filters and approval hints. Pending acceptance remains visibly unresolved and approval is withheld from its requester.
