What the Feature Must Do as a Whole ​

Detection supplies reviewable investigation work. The feature cases use shared financial records so that a successful action remains meaningful when staff inspect or continue the work. Permission and regression cases revisit that same outcome when access or a known failure changes the path.

Interactions Between Capabilities ​

Acceptance preserves the condition during repeat detection. Request acceptance, approve independently and rerun the same detection day. Proposed chains require executable proof as a whole; separately bound capability outcomes do not establish their combined execution.
