Membership Planning Examination — Continuation
Examination Boundary
This report records the first examination and its second-pass continuation. The examination remains incomplete: successful corpus checks do not establish full source verification or completion of every wording pass.
The initial survey extracts metadata and source locators across the planning layer. A mechanical locator audit opens 145 distinct source files at the supplied commits; it does not establish the semantic correctness of every row citing those files. The detailed creation review checks fourteen rules and eleven acceptance scenarios against staff operations, import operations, numbering, constraints and existing tests. Additional targeted checks correct primary cardinality and application decision states. The concepts, feature groupings and actor descriptions receive wording passes supported by the targeted source review, without certifying every child capability.

Coverage
Coverage below distinguishes an evidence index from an examination of the behavior it points to. The detailed table and test-file mappings are retained in frontmatter.
| Measure | Covered / Total | Uncovered or Unexamined |
|---|---|---|
| Source table files named by capability evidence | 42 / 42 | Indexed in pass 1; pass 2 reviews targeted membership and affiliation constraints, not all tables |
| End-to-end files explicitly named by capability evidence | 18 / 20 | idempotency-ledger.e2e.spec.ts; packages-as-products.e2e.spec.ts |
| Module permission keys reachable from capability permission rows | 24 / 24 | No missing key reference; all enforcement paths are not yet verified |
| Neighboring permission keys represented in capability rows | 3 / 3 | Configuration read, configuration manage and structure manage |
| HTTP operation catalogue | 54 / 54 claimed by the draft | Staff term, suspension, record/list and affiliation behavior receives targeted review; exhaustive operation reconciliation remains open |
| Service-invoked operation catalogue | 14 / 14 claimed by the draft | CRM handling receives targeted review; Commerce envelopes, SQL owner functions and decision delivery remain open |
| Module unit and integration files | 52 indexed by the draft | Exhaustive assertion-to-rule verification remains outstanding |
| Scheduled and asynchronous resources | 11 / 11 claimed by the draft | Sweep behavior and consumer pause configuration receive review; complete deployed topology and the other resources remain open |
| Console page catalogue | 1 / 1 claimed by the draft | Complete pinned console component review remains outstanding |
| Seed acceptance journeys mapped by the draft | 73 / 175 | Individual mapping and the remaining seed journey names remain unexamined |
The end-to-end index shortfall is recorded as a finding. The two unindexed files predominantly cover neighboring structure and configuration behavior, so their final scope treatment needs an explicit decision in the coverage inventory rather than an inflated ratio.

No artifact approval, product-intent value, implementation-evidence value, source commit, permanent identifier or supersedes value is advanced or renumbered. Verification changes to source and provenance are recorded above. The first pass records wording separately from corrections. This continuation follows the requested commit unit of one capability with its acceptance set, followed by a source-backed cross-capability correction.

Existing findings and open questions are retained without claiming that this job has independently resolved or verified all of them.
Continuation (pass 2)
This continuation completes seven additional capability and acceptance pairs, in capability order. It reviews 73 rule rows, rewrites 13 illustrative scenarios and reviews and rewrites 56 acceptance scenarios. Every purpose, outcome, rule statement, example, scenario field and body section in these fourteen artifacts receives final OpenAI wording; acceptance titles, preconditions, steps, expected results and data needs receive the same pass. Permanent identifiers, field names, proof references, authority values and pinned commits remain unchanged except for the source, provenance, enforcement and binding corrections described below.
The implementation review reads staff operations, term-event classification, grant planning and application, organizational derivation, CRM delivery handling, membership record and list reads, cache refresh, sweep scheduling, affiliation validation and transfer/merge planning. Test review compares retained named bindings with their relevant assertions, rather than relying on file existence. The recorded final acceptance and merge decision supply the existing authority basis; this pass creates no new approval and does not certify unread upstream architecture decisions.
| Examined Pair | Verification Corrections |
|---|---|
CAP-MBR-MEM-002 / ATS-MBR-MEM-002 | Uses observed package-date computation rather than a universal next-day promise; separates principal package grants from organizational children; narrows the permission expectation to the response asserted and expands the numbered acceptance anchor. |
CAP-MBR-MEM-003 / ATS-MBR-MEM-003 | Qualifies minimum rechecks and open-ended chapter limits; corrects cancellation at the start boundary; narrows the illustrative closure result; leaves the compound stale/cancelled scenario proposed and expands retained acceptance anchors. |
CAP-MBR-MEM-004 / ATS-MBR-MEM-004 | Uses the suspension acceptance suite for dated override and suppressed detections; corrects restoration’s published reason claim; uses observed child propagation and leaves the full child transition scenario proposed. |
CAP-MBR-MEM-005 / ATS-MBR-MEM-005 | Separates record reads from cached list filtering; narrows cache refresh to term-write paths; preserves supplied join dates; distinguishes dated unit filtering from today’s status filtering; replaces the misleading lapse binding with actual expiry and late-lapse assertions. |
CAP-MBR-MEM-006 / ATS-MBR-MEM-006 | States principal grant identity, overlap-based skipping, same-program grant exclusion, own-rule dates, child-type fallback, seat selection before flow-down exclusion, and processing-day withdrawal; leaves compound seat, future-withdrawal and reordered-delivery proofs proposed. |
CAP-MBR-MEM-007 / ATS-MBR-MEM-007 | Removes unsupported API and active-unit database enforcement claims; states row-specific versions and the addition exception; qualifies withdrawal dates and overlapping primary removal; corrects empty-list renewal to a minimum-count refusal and narrows the reverse-lock concurrency expectation. |
CAP-MBR-MEM-008 / ATS-MBR-MEM-008 | Separates direct dues refusal from end-to-end amendment availability; uses observed merge decisions and identity collision logic; removes universal business-publication promises; leaves compound merge and identity proofs proposed and adds the historical-ancestry assertion. |
The seven compound scenarios identified by the proof-gap finding are proposed after their bindings are removed. Of the 56 scenarios handled here, 47 retain bindings and nine remain proposed, including two already unbound before this continuation. Proposed scenarios provide coverage entries for conformance, but they are not evidence of an executed passing test. The identifier registry reserves three findings before they are written; the charter and registry only synchronize examined titles and still require complete wording passes.
| Previous Open Examination Item | Continuation Result | Finding Tracking Remaining Work |
|---|---|---|
| Remaining capability/test pairs | Seven pairs completed; twelve pairs remain | FND-MBR-MEM-073 |
| Journey steps, alternates and assertions | No complete journey pass in this continuation | FND-MBR-MEM-073 |
| Charter and identifier registry wording | Examined titles synchronized; full passes remain | FND-MBR-MEM-073 |
| Existing findings and product questions | Three findings added; no claim of a catalogue-wide rewrite or question resolution | FND-MBR-MEM-073 |
| Operation, resource, seed and console coverage | Targeted staff, affiliation, sweep and CRM review; exhaustive reconciliation remains | FND-MBR-MEM-073 |
| Two unindexed end-to-end files | Boundary treatment remains unresolved; ratio stays 18 / 20 | FND-MBR-MEM-070 |
| Combined roster export and personal view grain | Still needs examination with its capability | FND-MBR-MEM-073 |
| Full proof binding audit | Completed for the handled sets, with compound proof gaps retained as proposed; remaining sets are open | FND-MBR-MEM-075; FND-MBR-MEM-073 |
This continuation does not finish the requested module examination within the available response context. The title no longer says Partial, but completion remains explicitly partial. The exact outstanding artifacts are listed below so a later pass can continue without assuming that synchronized labels constitute a rewrite. Features, concepts and actors already received their final wording in the first pass and require no new wording pass merely because this continuation is incomplete.

New Findings
- FND-MBR-MEM-074 records the corrected distinction between principal package grants and dependent organizational memberships; remaining artifacts need that distinction checked.
- FND-MBR-MEM-075 records the seven compound scenarios whose retained assertions did not justify their proof bindings.
- FND-MBR-MEM-076 records the source test whose title claims a lapse transition although its assertions stop in grace.
Validation
The required installation and conformance command succeeds with zero errors, and the corpus test suite passes all four tests. Conformance is checked before each commit. Service integration and deployed workflows are not executed; service tests are inspected as source evidence.
Verdict for Andrew
The examined creation, staff-term, suspension, standing, grant and affiliation artifacts provide a more faithful sourced account of the pinned module, but the full planning layer is still unverified and unfinished. The weakest areas remain compound proof coverage, twelve unexamined capability pairs, all journeys and the exhaustive operation, resource, seed and console reconciliation. Complete the listed examination and final-text passes, then resolve the material product questions before approving planning or beginning design.
