Application unavailable and access denied
What the Screen Is For
A blocked page explains either missing application access or a missing page permission. Application gating takes precedence when both checks would fail.
What It Shows and Lets People Do
The unavailable card names the application and offers Home and View Applications. The View Applications link always renders; its destination guards the overview permission. Access Denied describes the missing permission and offers Home. A supplied reason can extend the unavailable explanation.
States and Errors
Current callers do not supply an availability reason. The route gate classifies registered application paths; other pages can still infer application checks through their own permission guards.
Patterns It Must Respect
The two refusals use matching dashed cards with readable explanations. PageLayout wraps the route-level application state. Raw reason codes are translated before presentation.
