Applications overview
What the Screen Is For
The Configuration overview lets administrators inspect workspace application availability without changing it. The page makes Rhythm’s responsibility for changes explicit.
What It Shows and Lets People Do
Rows sort available applications first, then by name. Badges report availability, and explanations translate licensing or operational reasons. Calendar dates appear within those explanations rather than as separate columns. Available entries with a known configuration destination offer Open Configuration without an additional link permission check.
States and Errors
The wrapper guards the overview permission after mounting its data hook. Initial load failure offers retry, an empty list suggests contacting Rhythm, and a populated list suppresses later refresh errors while cached data exists. Missing or malformed availability is parsed as available unless explicitly false.
Patterns It Must Respect
ApplicationsPage uses Standard PageLayout, PageHeader, Badge, LoadingIndicatorPanel, Alert and EmptyState. Its read-only rows omit commercial details, staff identities and overrides.
