Start the console and settle the working context
What It Does
Start-up establishes identity and working context before mounting console content. It tries a strict workspace request when the address names one, otherwise using a remembered preference. A refused or failed strict request can require further context reads.
The Flow
When Something Fails
Configuration problems stop at the setup screen. Missing or expired sessions go to sign-in with a safe return address. A final context refusal shows no access, while other failures offer Retry. An unavailable remembered workspace causes a no-preference fallback. Security may stamp authentication and settle expired grants; a failed stamp is logged without refusing the computed context.
Open Design Questions
The parser accepts unfamiliar contract versions. Security should confirm the bookkeeping effects and write budget of the consumed reads.
