Purpose

The workspace home gives staff a starting point for reviewing work that needs attention.

How It Works

A customer user reaches the workspace home through a starting address or a home destination. The home combines a greeting with work supplied by the attention module. Attention is mounted independently of dashboard readiness. Mock mode supplies illustrative figures, while the live dashboard hook suppresses the unavailable summary request and provides an explanatory result. Error presentation distinguishes a missing dashboard service from a failed request or missing setup. The product should agree a live dashboard purpose and data source before connecting customer figures.
