What the Screen Is For
Managers use the catalogue to see accountability and repair uncovered areas without confusing it with authorization.
What It Shows and Lets People Do
Area groups show workspace holders, origins and defaults. A drawer resolves holders by business unit; unavailable Membership unit enumeration is explained rather than synthesized. The Unassigned section links to assignment. Management controls assign, end, remove defaults and arrange cover with their dialogs.
States and Errors
Read authority permits inspection; management authority gates mutations. Duplicate, unsupported-scope, team, stale-version and invalid-origin refusals remain visible in the dialog. Removed defaults are not silently recreated.
Patterns It Must Respect
Use the built grouped catalogue, Sheet and shared AsyncConfirmDialog dialogs. Ending and default removal confirm their consequences before invoking the service.
