What the Feature Must Do as a Whole ​

Staff can repair uncovered areas, see who holds them and arrange temporary cover. The scenarios follow effective coverage through handover, ending and repeated reconciliation.

Interactions Between Capabilities ​

Repair coverage and explain who holds it. Read the gap, assign a primary and inspect the holder’s responsibilities and the uncovered report.

Hand work to a colleague and take it back. Arrange cover, inspect the colleague’s Home and responsibilities, end cover and inspect them again.

Preserve a removed default through reconciliation. Remove the default, repeat registration and nightly reconciliation, then inspect history and gaps.

Keep accountability separate from authority. Attempt foreign handover and assignment changes as the reader, then repair a gap as the manager.

End covered work without leaving effective delegates. End the direct holding at its current version, inspect both people and refresh the gap report.
