Scenarios

5 scenarios proving FEAT-PFM-TNL-03 as a whole.

01 Participant planning, defaults and export classification agree behaviour proposed
Exercises

Relies on
ATS-PFM-TNL-007-04 ATS-PFM-TNL-008-01 ATS-PFM-TNL-009-01 ATS-PFM-TNL-010-02
Preconditions
A declared exporting application has a new workspace and an existing workspace missing baseline entries.
Steps
Validate declarations, provision the new workspace, initialize the old one and check export classification for their resources.
Expected
Declared table ownership remains complete, missing defaults acquire ledger entries and export resources have dataset homes or explicit withholding reasons.
Data
Create run-owned target and comparison workspaces, distinct staff and customer callers, and the fixture records named by the relied-on capability scenarios. Use controlled clocks and faults only where the scenario requires them.

02 Readiness reflects ledgered defaults rather than customer renames interactionnegative proposed

Relies on
ATS-PFM-TNL-007-01 ATS-PFM-TNL-008-02 ATS-PFM-TNL-008-04 ATS-PFM-TNL-009-04
Preconditions
The customer customized or removed a ledgered default while a later seed set is still missing.
Steps
Describe the participant, reconcile or initialize it, then run readiness.
Expected
Earlier customer choices survive; the new seed set is ledgered and readiness reports only genuinely missing seed entries.
Data
Create run-owned target and comparison workspaces, distinct staff and customer callers, and the fixture records named by the relied-on capability scenarios. Use controlled clocks and faults only where the scenario requires them.

03 New and old CRM workspaces converge through distinct entry points lifecycle proposed
Exercises
CAP-PFM-TNL-008 CAP-PFM-TNL-009
Relies on
ATS-PFM-TNL-008-06 ATS-PFM-TNL-009-06
Preconditions
A newly provisioned CRM workspace and an older uncustomized operational workspace use the same current seed declarations.
Steps
Run the CRM deployment reconciliation for the older fixture, inspect ledgers and replay reconciliation.
Expected
The old fixture reaches the current seeded baseline without duplicate defaults or seed entries on replay.
Data
Create run-owned target and comparison workspaces, distinct staff and customer callers, and the fixture records named by the relied-on capability scenarios. Use controlled clocks and faults only where the scenario requires them.

04 Workspace-scoped ledgers and exports reject foreign ownership permissionnegative proposed
Exercises
CAP-PFM-TNL-008 CAP-PFM-TNL-010
Relies on
ATS-PFM-TNL-008-05 ATS-PFM-TNL-010-03
Preconditions
Two workspaces contain distinct default ledgers and exportable values under comparable keys.
Steps
Read or update the first ledger through the second workspace and export each workspace independently.
Expected
Foreign ledger operations expose or alter no first-workspace row; neither export contains the neighboring workspace values.
Data
Create run-owned target and comparison workspaces, distinct staff and customer callers, and the fixture records named by the relied-on capability scenarios. Use controlled clocks and faults only where the scenario requires them.

05 Export coverage fails when a declared resource loses its classification regressionnegative proposed
Exercises
CAP-PFM-TNL-007 CAP-PFM-TNL-010
Relies on
ATS-PFM-TNL-007-04 ATS-PFM-TNL-010-02
Preconditions
An exporting participant has a previously complete declaration and dataset mapping.
Steps
Remove a resource classification in a test fixture, run both completeness checks and then restore the classification.
Expected
Table ownership can still pass while export completeness fails; restoring the missing dataset or withholding decision repairs export coverage.
Data
Create run-owned target and comparison workspaces, distinct staff and customer callers, and the fixture records named by the relied-on capability scenarios. Use controlled clocks and faults only where the scenario requires them.
