Fiscal years ​

What the Screen Is For ​

Inspect fiscal coverage, extend it explicitly, rename a year or remove an eligible latest year.

What It Shows and Lets People Do ​

After selecting a unit, staff can expand a year to inspect its twelve periods. Generate extends coverage, Rename changes a year’s label, and Delete removes an eligible latest year. These actions require their corresponding fiscal-year permissions. The page provides no period close or reopen action.

States and Errors ​

Generation accepts the permitted count and displays horizon refusals from the service. Rename saves the loaded version. Delete is limited to the latest year with all periods open; dependent financial work can still prevent it. Loading and failed reads are shown on the dedicated page. This screen has no shared-list search, availability filter or bulk action bar.
