Document content and statement defaults
What the Screen Is For
Browse document content by kind, create or duplicate customer templates and select the statement default.
What It Shows and Lets People Do
Tabs group the available document kinds. Built-ins are marked and open read-only; authorized staff can create customer content or duplicate a template. Customer content can change availability or be deleted when permitted. The statement tab offers a separate default dialog that reads and updates workspace settings.
States and Errors
Built-in content cannot be overwritten or deleted. Kind remains fixed for customer content, and references can prevent deactivation or deletion. The statement picker offers active content while still showing a held inactive choice. Updating that choice requires settings update permission and the loaded settings version. Availability changes are immediate; deletion confirms.
Patterns It Must Respect
Shared configuration list with search, sorting, availability filtering and an empty state. Permission-gated bulk activation, deactivation and deletion. Deletion confirmation; availability changes are immediate. Editor unsaved-changes protection. Accounting read loading and error panels. Kind tabs without a redundant kind column or filter. New-template and duplicate dialogs. Statement-default dialog using settings permissions.
