What It Does

Staff or a carried charter decision dissolves a committee. Dissolution’s database changes commit together. Its silent meeting cancellation is deliberate; it differs from a normal staff cancellation. This does not imply that already held meetings or final governance records are erased.

The Flow

End active or paused series at the dissolution date, retaining an earlier existing end. Cancel draft or scheduled meetings after the dissolution date without notices, preserving earlier, in-progress and ended meetings. Cancel draft or open openings and withdraw pending nominations and their pending slate decisions.

When Something Fails

Abort the whole dissolution. No partial series cleanup. Roll back the enclosing dissolution. No partial meeting cleanup. Roll back the enclosing dissolution. No partial recruitment cleanup.
