Meetings, Decisions and Recruitment

This module lets an association’s committees meet, decide and recruit. Staff keep each committee’s calendar, agendas, papers, attendance and minutes; record every formal decision under the committee’s own bylaw rules and let carried decisions take effect; collect conflict-of-interest disclosures; and advertise vacancies, take nominations and seat the people chosen. Members take part in their meetings and votes through the member portal.
