Work from personal and shared task views

Purpose

Staff find the relevant work and open it without leaving the Tasks screen.

How It Works

A worker opens Tasks at My Open Tasks. The query layer supplies that view and the alternative lists. Personal criteria resolve the signed-in worker when the query runs. Queue views provide shared work contexts. The header offers task creation when permission allows it. Opening a row reads the full task into a drawer. The drawer limits editing according to permission and status. A direct task link opens the same screen and drawer. Spreadsheet export uses the shared query infrastructure. Role-offered work requires a separate read and has no console view yet.
