Find personal actions and support in the user menu ​

Purpose ​

Staff find identity, personal work and session actions together in the navigation footer.

How It Works ​

The person opens the account menu at the foot of navigation. Their account identity anchors the menu. Personal responsibilities and administrative destinations appear according to context and authority. Support opens separately so the current work can remain visible. Feedback currently ends with local acknowledgement rather than delivery. The product should provide a destination for Profile and a delivery path for feedback.

Relationships ​

  • Security owns session termination and account identity.
  • Settings navigation and staff mode supply the contextual destinations.
  • Eligibility owns the personal responsibilities screen.
