Attention Follow-up and Settings: Feature Acceptance Suite
What the Feature Must Do as a Whole
Workspace policy and private choices determine presentation and follow-up together. The scenarios revisit queued work after policy, response and lifecycle changes.
Interactions Between Capabilities
Apply shared settings and personal choices to follow-up. Set shared policy, hide the advisory for one person and inspect lists and reminder plans for both.
Stop queued delivery after a personal response or policy change. Snooze one and disable the other policy before sending; inspect skips and outgoing requests.
Escalate once and stop follow-up when work closes. Sweep twice, resolve the condition and invoke due reminder delivery.
Protect shared policy while keeping choices private. Attempt shared changes without management authority, set one person’s preferences and inspect the other person’s plans.
Refuse stale shared settings without changing follow-up. Attempt replacement with the stale version and inspect audit, effective policy and next reminder planning.
