LLM and AI Teammate Design Examination
The examination corrects the design to describe the pinned implementation, including its partial failures and prototype boundaries. All fifty-seven design artifacts and the module responsibility text received an OpenAI final wording pass. Verification corrections were committed before the corresponding artifact rewrite, so the factual changes and final wording remain independently reviewable.
Examination Baseline
The authoring conventions, design templates, module charter, planning records and source references supplied the baseline. The requested design brief is absent, and the planning records remain draft with proposed product intent; examination therefore does not establish planning approval. Observed implementation remains evidence rather than approval, and no planning artifact was edited.
Direct source references and literal symbol anchors were checked against the pinned repositories, with eighty-four distinct directly referenced source files opened and no missing direct source path or unresolved literal symbol anchor remaining. Aggregate source references were examined through their relevant declarations and services. Behavioral conclusions come from source inspection; the examination did not execute provider calls, database fault injection, source integration suites or browser suites.
Coverage
| Subject | Examined coverage | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Domain objects | 5 objects, 47 invariant rows | Logical objects retain their concept numbers. |
| Physical persistence | 12 tables and 2 reporting views represented | Prototype conversations and projects use process memory; captured content uses object storage. |
| State models | 8 models, 59 transitions | Four supported prototype transitions were added; these models are semantic rather than owned cloud state machines. |
| Workflows | 15 workflows, 81 hops | Failure, concurrency and idempotency claims were qualified to implementation. |
| Platform operations | 28 declared HTTP operations and 6 internal contract entries | Native access and permission declarations checked; all represented in the foundation contract. |
| Console operations | 10 method-and-route entries | All represented; their retained contract labels are not native declared operation identifiers. |
| Scheduled and queued work | 1 hourly schedule and its delivery dead-letter queue represented | No module-native work queue consumer or cloud state machine found; organization provisioning invokes an externally owned state machine. |
| Screens | 7 implemented pages, panels or cards and 1 planned customer page | Planned customer UI is not counted as implemented coverage. |
| Decisions | 17 records | Reservation policy intent was downgraded; origins and existing decision references retained. |
| Inference | 2 local operations for the declared query-generation question and the undeclared general-reply question | No missing distinct model question found; duplicate query ownership across modules remains open. |
| Publication and extensions | Every operation has a Submissions publication disposition; all 5 objects declare no custom fields | No registration or publication binding was inferred from naming. |
| Responsibilities | 1 module row and its prose | The operation inventory now matches both service contracts; other module content is preserved. |
Changes by Artifact
Every artifact body and its applicable statement, meaning, intent, action, failure, purpose, alternative and consequence text was rewritten. Stable identifiers, evidence pins, source references, provenance, enforcement locations, operation labels and permissions were retained except for the explicit verification changes below.

The responsibility inventory now enumerates the forty-four operation entries rather than grouping console routes and omitting the provider resolver. Its ownership and delegation text was rewritten within this module only. The module registry status is now design examined; that status records this review rather than product approval.
Structured Verification Changes
| Field or structure | Correction |
|---|---|
| Admission decision design_intent | confirmed became proposed because the cited work plan does not approve the present reservation policy. |
| Foundation contract inference | Added the existing query-refinement inference reference. |
| Request workflow inference | Added the existing query-refinement inference reference. |
| Query-refinement called_by | Added the foundation service and request workflow caller references. |
| Prototype state transitions | Added empty archive, empty delete, empty rename and archived append, each with source and provenance. |
| Catalogue publication consistency | Changed transactional to eventual to match separately committed appends. |
| Responsibility operation inventory | Added the missing resolver and enumerated all ten retained console route labels. |
| Findings and identifier allocation | Allocated twelve new examination findings; existing identifiers remain unchanged. |
Other corrections change factual prose rather than evidence metadata: dispatch precedes provider construction; request settlement does not prove allowance movement; notice leases permit slow overlapping sends; refund validation is unlocked; identical limit updates bypass changed-write version checks; capture expiry has independent lifecycle conditions; and several draft screen displays do not exist. The inference metadata keeps the selected models, task names and smoke-suite availability unchanged. Proposed smoke scenarios describe required proof rather than completed tests.
Open Disagreements and Decisions
| Finding | Unresolved concern |
|---|---|
| FND-PFM-LLM-039 | Catalogue append failures and warm-cache limits need operational acceptance proof. |
| FND-PFM-LLM-040 | Tool-loop recording failures and terminal accounting require fault-injection proof. |
| FND-PFM-LLM-041 | Exhausted notices and overlapping senders require an explicit delivery policy. |
| FND-PFM-LLM-042 | The shared query-generation question needs one canonical inference home across modules. |
| FND-PFM-LLM-043 | Present reservation policy needs product approval independent of foundation work approval. |
| FND-PFM-LLM-044 | Planning describes a correction control absent from the implemented organization card. |
| FND-PFM-LLM-045 | The missing brief and unapproved planning baseline prevent an approval conclusion. |
| FND-PFM-LLM-046 | Prototype lifecycle completeness is corrected; durable identity and scope ownership remain deficient. |
| FND-PFM-LLM-047 | Concurrent refunds can preserve more correction value than capacity actually returned. |
| FND-PFM-LLM-048 | Draft dashboard navigation and task-duration displays were unsupported. |
| FND-PFM-LLM-049 | Effective general-reply SDK retry and timeout defaults remain unknown. |
| FND-PFM-LLM-050 | Console contract labels must remain distinguishable from native operation identifiers. |
Earlier findings remain open, particularly direct unmetered replies, shared prototype memory, recovery charging, duplicate cleanup release, capture-status failure accounting and interrupted threshold recording. Existing product questions already cover exhaustion, recipients, prototype access, recovery charging and notification integration; this examination does not re-decide them. A blocked first reporting run can also report zero lag before any progress mark exists, so the reported metric is not proof of healthy processing.
Validation
Dependency installation and the corpus acceptance check completed successfully with zero errors. All four repository tests passed. These checks establish corpus conformance and checker behavior; they do not establish provider reliability, live notification delivery, browser acceptance or database concurrency guarantees.
Verdict for Andrew
The corrected design is a faithful source-inspected account of the module at the pinned commits, with unapproved choices and unresolved implementation gaps kept visible. Its weakest areas are accounting under partial failure, bounded notification recovery and the shared, unmetered conversation prototype. Before implementation preparation, decide planning approval, exhaustion and recovery charging, notification policy, canonical inference ownership and the durable access boundary for Jazz AI.
