This planning layer describes the pinned engine used to configure opportunities, receive applications, run assessments and record outcomes. It groups those responsibilities with contribution collection, staff oversight, configured follow-up and access control. Linked capabilities hold the detailed behavior; this charter identifies its scope.
The engine owns its configuration and review records. CRM supplies participant records and task integration, while Platform supplies the shared security, console, reporting, communication, attention, workflow and file services. Owning applications retain their business records and act on delivered outcomes. The recorded product direction moves form and review responsibilities into Platform; the findings distinguish that target from the implementation examined here. The examined services, workflows and screens contain no model inference calls, so this module has no inference artifacts.
