What the Feature Must Do as a Whole ​

Assigned roles separate preparation from approval. The feature cases use shared financial records so that a successful action remains meaningful when staff inspect or continue the work. Permission and regression cases revisit that same outcome when access or a known failure changes the path.

Interactions Between Capabilities ​

Approval controls apply to reversal and acceptance. Try requester approval on both and complete both as an independently authorized person. Proposed chains require executable proof as a whole; separately bound capability outcomes do not establish their combined execution.
