This module describes how a purchase is prepared, placed, paid and reviewed, how selling applications contribute to it, and how purchased benefits are recorded. It also describes after-sale changes and the registered vendor purchasing and acquisition-cost scope. The layer distinguishes observed implementation from approved product intent and keeps incomplete proof visible in findings.
Commerce coordinates the sale while Accounting owns its financial records and product-owning applications perform their delivery work. CRM supplies the purchasing parties. Inventory and fulfilment own physical movement and the delivery register; purchasing here explains incoming stock and its cost. Future installment ownership and the purchasing module boundary remain product questions.
The examination report records the pinned coverage, source corrections and final wording pass. Findings preserve disagreements in the product records and limits of fixture, component and browser evidence. Examination establishes review readiness; Andrew retains approval of the specification and its proposed product decisions.
