Fulfillment, Shipping and Inventory
Purpose
Commerce follows the delivery work arising from a sale and the physical handling of stocked goods. Staff can investigate outstanding obligations, organize shipping and returns, and account for stock through retained records. This planning layer describes the pinned implementation while keeping unresolved product authority visible.
Boundary
This module owns delivery coordination, warehouse handling and physical-stock records. Orders owns the sale and post-sale documents, Catalog supplies products and selling configuration, and Accounting owns financial documents and payment execution. Platform supplies shared security, integrations and data-job infrastructure. Purchasing, costing and collection-specific migration ownership remain Product questions.
