Acceptance has meaning even before a shared task can be created. The current task port returns no task identity, matching that interim limit.

Decision

The recorded interim keeps accepted follow-ups as meeting records and delays CRM task creation until the task boundary supports the required contact and committee links.

Alternatives Considered

Create a staff-only CRM task immediately. Product selected a meeting-only record for this milestone.

Omit follow-ups until volunteer tasks exist. That would lose the gathering’s agreed work record.

Consequences

Accepted follow-ups have no built task reminders, assignment screen or completion list. The task integration port exists but returns no production task.
