Declare Configurable Fields Only for Nominations

Context

Custom-field support is explicitly selected per business object. Metadata opts nominations in, but their value persistence and authoring experience are still recorded debt.

Decision

Within this module only nominations opt into Platform configurable fields, forms and page layouts; other meeting and governance records do not declare that capability.

Alternatives Considered

Add configurable fields to meetings and decisions as well. The cited product scope selects committees and nominations, not every governance entity.

Use a custom nomination-field implementation. The selected capability requires the shared Platform mechanism.

Consequences

Future configurable nomination forms must follow the declared shared capability rather than extend every governance screen. The metadata declaration does not establish working value storage or form editing.
