A secretary takes a board meeting from the calendar to circulated minutes
Story
The board’s secretary sets up the second-Tuesday series once. For November she adds the five agenda items, attaches the treasurer’s report and publishes first the agenda and then the packet; the directors are told each time. On the night she records who came in one go and notes each item as the meeting goes. She closes the meeting, which fixes the agenda and the attendance and opens the minutes. The next morning she assembles the draft from her notes, tidies it and circulates it to the directors, who can read it in the portal. She accepts the treasurer’s follow-up and dismisses one that was already done. Product decided that no meeting e-mails are sent in this milestone, so the notices in this story are what the product does today, not what it should do.
