CRM Data Quality Design Examination
Verdict for Andrew
The corrected design is a faithful static account of the CRM and scoped console behavior at the pinned revisions, with unsupported external behavior explicitly left unknown. Its weakest evidence concerns Platform recovery policies, hosted screen mounts and failure paths whose tests do not establish the claimed end-to-end guarantee. Before implementation preparation, decide the planning disagreements about rescoring, live recheck membership, retry semantics, expiry and renewed approval, and obtain the missing owner evidence.
Examination and Coverage
This OpenAI examination checked all 50 design artifacts against the approved planning layer and their cited implementation or product records. It inspected 201 original source and anchor entries, including invariant enforcement, route authority, state changes, workflow hops, component behavior and decision origins; file and symbol presence alone was followed by checking the supporting behavior. The requested design brief was unavailable, so the planning brief and authoring templates supplied context without being treated as its replacement.
| Inventory | Examined coverage |
|---|---|
| Domain objects | 3 objects representing the 3 active concepts; 16 physical tables in 11 declaration files accounted for within those objects |
| State models | 6 models, including aggregate recheck and individual batch states |
| Workflows | 9 workflows covering the merge state machine, recheck queue and shared contact and organization change-handler queues |
| Service operations | 32 of 32 routes across 2 contracts, including 2 health operations; all 30 business operations mapped to planning capabilities |
| Screen contracts | 11 contracts; all 8 dedicated page routes examined, plus configuration and 2 hosted record fragments with mount evidence qualifications |
| Decision records | 19 records checked against their cited origins and real alternatives |
| Responsibilities | The Data Quality module row and its explanatory sections checked against object and service ownership |
| Inference | All 22 service, workflow and screen contracts retain explicit empty inference lists; no model task calls found in the scoped implementation |
The domain objects group related persistence by concept rather than creating an object for every table. Custom-field support is not declared for these work objects, and no Data Quality operation is published to Submissions. Queue visibility, resend claims, execution deadlines, reconciliation and held attention publication were checked as configured rather than inferred from architectural intent.
Changes by Artifact
Verification corrections were committed before each affected artifact’s final rewrite. Each artifact then received its own OpenAI prose rewrite commit; later verification refinements and lifecycle diagrams received additional commits. Stable identifiers, permissions, operation names, intent and evidence classifications remained intact except for the corrections described here.

The responsibility text now distinguishes ordinary Entities persistence from merge-owned reference rewrites, affiliation moves and parent preparation. The module inventory now records design examination, without implying product approval.
Evidence and Classification Corrections
Candidate score agreement now cites candidate persistence as service enforcement. Plan participant uniqueness cites creation validation as well as the narrower table constraint; plan expiry cites creation and expiry persistence, and workspace isolation cites the shared policy discovery contract. Job uniqueness now states at most one linked job.
Detection’s key and pair transaction boundary now cites the detector implementation rather than treating an early-throw test as proof of whole-pass rollback. Merge rollback and failure semantics now cite the executor rather than the reconciler. Portal failure and lifecycle retry hops are marked unknown with finding evidence because the caller implementation was unavailable. Screen patterns now name observed components without claiming an unverified approved visual baseline; limits evidence points to the mounted hook, and history evidence includes the adapter’s explicit status selection.
Batch lifecycle transitions and the single-window run completion were added from persistence behavior. No planning artifact, confirmed product decision or permanent identifier was changed, and no inference operation was invented in the absence of a model call.
Open Disagreements and Evidence Gaps
Nine new findings record the absent brief, mutable reviewed scores, detection transaction boundaries, rolled-back merge standing and retry semantics, screen evidence, enforcement strength, persistence ownership, live recheck windows and unavailable external policies. Existing findings continue to cover unregistered screen mounts and shared source scope, missing charter inference wording, approval renewal, delivery recovery, failed-run overlap, fixed expiry and job submission authority. Findings describe draft errors as examination history even where the design wording has now been corrected.
Approved planning guarantees about retained confirmation evidence, frozen recheck membership, lock-timeout retry and expiry from last change exceed the observed code. Those disagreements remain findings rather than silently changing planning. The existing question about whose review renews approval remains open; a colleague’s read can currently renew it.
Member removal and rule reordering span separate console requests and can leave partial results if a later request fails. Platform candidate failure handling and provisioning or purge retry remain unknown, and indirect CRM references cannot independently verify Platform standards. Component-level checks do not establish the excluded configuration and ordinary record-page mounts.
Validation
The required dependency installation, corpus conformance check and corpus test suite were run after the final content changes. Conformance reported zero errors and all corpus tests passed. This examination used static source and test inspection; it did not run CRM database, browser or deployed integration suites, and the report makes no claim of runtime end-to-end proof.
