Open Disagreements

Fourteen additional findings retain issues that this design examination cannot approve or repair in source code. Approval and the absent brief limit authority; settlement bypasses direct credit restrictions; provider-reference absence can establish charge failure; reservation-adjusted availability does not determine credit status; and quotation issue does not activate recognition-based protection.
